Product warranty
Product warranty depends on the make. Coulisse and Luxaflex blinds carry five years. Blindsmart, Focus and Aluvert carry three. Somfy and MotionBlinds automation carries five years on the motor. We tell you which applies to your blind when we quote, not afterwards.
Installation
Our installation is guaranteed for 12 months.
Annual service
We advise booking a service with us once a year. An annual check on brackets, fabric tension, battery condition and motor function keeps a motorised system running smoothly, and catches a failing battery before it strands a blind halfway.
Cleaning and care
Cleaning depends entirely on your fabric. Every fabric we supply has its own care instruction, so we confirm yours at the time of ordering. Normal cleaning and maintenance is required to keep your warranties valid, and if a blind starts running slowly or stopping short, call us rather than repeatedly cycling it.
