Why Ballito homeowners choose us
Running a full interior project usually means managing at least four separate contractors: a designer, a blind supplier, a curtain maker, and a wallpaper installer. At The Window Boutique, every one of those services sits under one roof. We are IID members and a certified Somfy automation expert. We have been featured in SA Home Owner Magazine and hold a 4.9-star rating with 63 Google reviews, the highest review count in the Ballito window treatment and interior design category.

The Window Boutique difference
Interior design & window treatments under one roof. Most interior projects in Ballito require coordinating multiple suppliers: a designer, a curtain maker, a blind supplier, a wallpaper installer and often an upholsterer. At The Window Boutique, all of these capabilities sit under one roof. As IID members and a certified Somfy expert, we design the space, manufacture soft furnishings in-house, supply and install the window treatments, and project-manage specialist carpentry where required. The result is one point of contact, one coordinated quotation, and a finished interior that matches the original design intent.
01 | Design consultation & space planning
We begin with a proper consultation, either in our Ballito showroom or on-site at your home. We discuss your style, lifestyle, light, privacy needs, budget and any estate guidelines, then develop a clear design direction that includes window treatments, wallpaper, upholstery and soft furnishings as part of a cohesive whole.
02 | Detailed specification & single quotation
We specify every element in detail (fabrics, blinds, shutters, wallpaper, motorisation, upholstery and any custom furniture) and present everything in one clear, itemised quotation. No separate suppliers, no mismatched finishes, and no hidden extras.
03 | In-house manufacturing, supply & professional installation
Bespoke curtains, upholstery and selected furniture are manufactured in our own workroom. Blinds, shutters, wallpaper and automation systems are supplied and installed by our team. Specialist carpentry is project-managed as part of the same coordinated package, delivering a finished result that looks exactly as designed across Ballito and the Dolphin Coast.
