Blinds, curtains and shutters for Durban North homes
We start with how you use each room. Where do you need privacy from the street? Where does the afternoon sun land on the couch? Which bedroom has to go properly dark? Then we match the window to the answer.
- Roller blinds. Blackout, light-filtering and sheerweave. A good first choice for bedrooms and playrooms. See our roller blinds
- Wooden blinds. Adjustable slats for studies and dining rooms. See our wooden blinds
- Zebra blinds. Alternating sheer and solid bands, for rooms that face the street. See our zebra blinds
- Honeycomb blinds. Insulating cells. See our honeycomb blinds
- Curtains. Sheers, linen and blackout, made to measure and hung by our team. See our curtains
- Shutters. Aluminium, security, timber and PVC. See our shutters

Outdoor blinds and awnings for Durban North patios and pools
A patio is only worth having if you can sit on it when the sun is low or the wind comes up. The right screen or awning turns it into a room you actually use.
- Zip screens. Supplied automated as standard, with a Somfy Eolis wind sensor. It only works on a screen that can retract itself, which is why you cannot get the same protection by adding a sensor to a free-hanging blind.
- Awnings. Fixed or retractable cover over a patio or pool deck.
- Motorisation. We are a certified Somfy Expert for outdoor motorisation.
Tell us how you use the space, from braai to pool to a quiet corner, and we will tell you plainly which system suits it. See our outdoor blinds or our awnings.
Motorised blinds and curtains
Motorisation earns its place on windows you cannot reach easily, wide sliders onto the patio, and heavy curtains that get opened every morning. We are a Certified Somfy Expert. See our motorised blinds or explore automation.
Built for humidity and sun
Bathrooms, kitchens and rooms beside the pool see more moisture than the rest of the house. For those rooms we look at aluminium and PVC shutters. Both resist moisture, won't rust or warp, and need almost no maintenance.
For everything else, see it in your own light before you decide. We bring samples to your home.
